TECHNOLOGY
We have introduced a semi-automatic system that optimizes time, improves production efficiency and increases the safety of the operating personnel.
The partial mechanization of the work does not replace the direct assessment of the condition of each pallet, which is in any case entrusted to the specialized technicians, who follow the rules of use and the technical regulations on permitted involvements.
Regeneration involves several stages:
1. Pallet collection from users.
2. Selecting between pallets that can be immediately reused, those in need of repair and those that cannot be repaired or are non-compliant.
3. Repair orremoval of defects and damage
4. Reconstruction through the reuse of elements recovered from packaging that can no longer be fixed.
5. Treatment of pallets and non-reusable parts of pallets that are sent for recycling
SUSTAINABILITY
We are certified suppliers of pallets in a networked pooling system and are qualified to repair platforms to be returned to the production system. We make a positive contribution to the protection of our planet with an activity that is entirely in line with the green economy.
The transition from single-use packaging to sharing and reusability is in line with the principles of the circular economy.
At the end of their life, pallets are returned to the material pool, thus avoiding landfilling. This eliminates waste, reduces the demand for naturalresources, decreases the need for transportation, reduces costs for companies and provides incentives for sustainable cooperation.
